Affiliate terms

1. Eligibility and approval

Participation requires manual approval. We may reject or remove partners for low-quality traffic, misleading promotions, or policy violations.

2. Commission rules

• Commissions are paid on paid, non-refunded bookings only.
• Attribution window is 30 days unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
• Refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent orders are excluded from payouts.

3. Promotional standards

• Do not use deceptive claims or fake scarcity.
• Sponsored placements must comply with local disclosure regulations.
• You may not impersonate StepQuests or bid on branded keywords without written approval.

4. Tracking and dispute handling

We track referrals via partner links and campaign metadata. When disputes occur, StepQuests attribution logs and payment records are the source of truth.

Suspected abuse can lead to temporary hold, commission reversal, or permanent removal from the program.

5. Payout timing

Payouts are processed after a validation window to account for cancellations and chargebacks. Exact timing and payout method are confirmed during onboarding.
