Schoolwerf (the first house key, 30 November 1976), De Roef (first restaurant + first church under one roof), Goede Rede (a 1979 ship-shaped church with a 35-metre RIJP tower and a 47-bell carillon), Kerkgracht (a deliberately Edam-inspired 1970s canal), Marktgracht (woonerf-scale market square), Stadswerfpark (cloverleaf-pattern green core), Sluiskade (autovrij since 2022), Havenkom (75-berth marina on the Gooimeer), Strand Almere Haven (beach on the seabed), and Gooimeerdijk (a dike where there used to be sea).
